Website Development Payment Policy
- Website development charges are 100% payable in advance before starting the project.
- Project work will begin only after receiving full payment and all required content from the client.
- The website cost includes only services mentioned in the proposal. Any additional features, integrations, or customization will be charged separately.
- Domain, hosting, Shopify subscription, paid themes, and third-party app charges are not included unless clearly mentioned.
- The project timeline will be counted only after receiving full payment and complete project requirements.
- Website charges are non-refundable once the project is initiated.
- The company will provide support only for the duration mentioned in the proposal. Any additional support or maintenance will be chargeable.
Advertising & Service Charges Policy
- For projects or campaigns generating sales below ₹5,00,000, a fixed service charge of ₹10,000 (advance) will be applicable.
- For projects or campaigns generating sales of ₹5,00,000 and above, a 5% commission on total sales revenue will be applicable as service charges.
- Sales calculation will be based on verified reports from advertising platforms, website analytics, or sales data shared by the client.
- Invoices for service/commission charges will be generated on the 5th of every month.
- Payment must be cleared on or before the 8th of the same month.
- All advertising and service payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including performance, technical issues, or campaign-related concerns.
- Delay in payment may result in temporary suspension of services or campaigns until outstanding dues are cleared.
Social Media Marketing Policy
- Social media marketing services including content creation, post design, reels editing, story management, caption writing, hashtag management, and account handling will be provided as per the agreed package.
- All social media marketing charges are payable 100% in advance before starting the service period.
- Work and content planning will begin only after receiving full payment and required brand details, content, approvals, and login access.
- The service duration will be strictly as per the agreed plan (monthly / quarterly / yearly). Service extension requires renewal payment in advance.
- Paid promotions, advertising budget, influencer fees, photoshoot costs, model/location charges, and third-party tool costs are not included unless mentioned.
- Clients must provide timely approvals and feedback. Delay in approval may affect posting schedules and campaign performance.
- The company focuses on brand growth and visibility but does not guarantee fixed followers, leads, or sales results.
- All social media marketing payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Delay in renewal or payment may result in temporary suspension of services.
- The company reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and promotional activities.
